March Camper of the Month

It's Jasper!!! She is a gorgeous 10 month old Bernese Mountain Dog Puppy. She loves to wrestle, and chew on toys. She likes to try to be teacher's pet as well. Jasper gets along great with everyone and that's why she's our Camper of the Month!

Yay Snow!!!!!!!

Being an indoor outdoor facility has it's advantages. The dogs LOVE the snow. Check out Madison and Ziggy playing in the snow fort.

The National Dog Show is the most widely viewed dog show in America. It will air on NBC immediately following the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

One of our favorite grooming clients, a Landseer Newfoundland named Rocky will be participating. He's quite a handsome guy! We wish him the best of luck!

Or, if a pet is left behind during a disaster evacuation, it must have food and water, and the home must be marked to indicate to rescue workers that a pet is still inside. Departing owners should also bring a recent color photo of them and their pets, to help identify them later. These are among the lessons that New York City’s Office of Emergency Management officials are stressing to city pet owners in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, which displaced an estimated 200,000 animals...."

October Camper of the Month!

It's Copper! He's an 8 month old German Shorthair Pointer that just cannot get through the Day Camp door fast enough in the morning. He's always full of energy. As a matter of fact, I don't think we've ever seen him lay down! He loves to run around and play keep away with his friends. He wrestles with his lab pal Madison all the time. Copper also has a lot to say and keeps us on our toes! We love him.

Today, Times Online released a story about a Tibetan Mastiff which was purchased for £352,000 (4 million yuan)--- that's over $500,000!! That makes him the most expensive dog in history.
